Most people meet me as either their lawyer or their realtor. The truth is the two jobs were never that different: both come down to protecting people through the biggest transactions of their lives.

I've been building businesses since I was sixteen, and I spent years competing at the top of motorsport before trading the racetrack for the courtroom. Both taught me the same lesson: preparation wins, and details decide everything.

Today I run Scheer Legal, a boutique South Florida law firm, and I practice real estate as a REALTOR® with INMO Brokers Group. My legal work lives in contracts, transactions, and the disputes that happen when deals are structured badly. That's precisely the experience I bring to every purchase, sale, and lease I handle as an agent: I've seen how real estate goes wrong, so I structure it to go right.

I work in English and Spanish, and my clients range from first-time homebuyers to business owners and investors across Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, and Monroe counties.
